Bears Elite ID Clinic

Join the Brown Women's Soccer staff for a competitive ID clinic held in Rhode Island at the Longplex Family & Sports Center. (Indoor Facility)  Brown Head Coach Kia McNeill and her coaching staff are featured at the clinic which will be geared towards players interested in playing at the next level.  The clinics  will allow players to get an inside look at the women's collegiate soccer program and key emphasis will be placed on three critical components of the game:

1. Technical Proficiency
2. Tactical Awareness / Speed of Play
3. Mental Poise and Confidence

The field sessions will involve scrimmages, multidimensional drills, and competitive small-sided games that will emphasize the intricacies of the beautiful game of soccer.  

Location: Longplex Family & Sports Center, 300 Industrial Way, Tiverton, RI 02878

Who: Prospective Student-Athletes from 8th grade and up, interested in elite level training.

Registration: Opens at 9:30 AM

Refunds: No refunds, however, your clinic credit can be applied to a future clinic.

Reminders: 

• The clinic will be held indoors on turf at the Longplex Family & Sports Center in Tiverton, Rhode Island.  Cleats are acceptable (and most common) on this surface, but feel free to  bring turf shoes if you'd like.
• Please plan to bring a ball, water bottle, shin guards, cleats, and sneakers.
• The clinic will run straight through from 10:00am - 2:00pm, so make sure you eat lunch and/or bring a light snack with you if needed.
• Brown's indoor facility is under construction until Fall of 2025.  The Longplex Facility is about 30 mins away from Brown's campus.

Bears Elite Soccer Clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
